The cakes and traybakes in our Vegan, Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free collections have been made with vegan, gluten and/or dairy-free ingredients. Ingredients are listed within the description of each product. Mixed traybake and brownie boxes will detail which of our traybakes are included and therefore reference to individual product listings is advised. 

However, it is important to us to fully inform our customers that products containing animal products, gluten & dairy are produced on the premises and therefore the risk of cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out.

Although we take great care to minimise cross-contamination of allergens, we cannot say that any of our cakes are completely allergen-free. This information is supplied as a guide only. There is a chance that all allergens may be used on the premises (including crustaceans, fish, celery, mustard, lupin and molluscs).
